About Us

We brew pale and dark ales, saisons and wild fermented beers on our farmstead in South Brittany, experimenting with produce from our land and foraged locally.


We replanted fruit trees and shrubs where there once was an orchard dating back to the late 1800’s, and where some of the initial trees remain like wild sour cherry trees, poplar, elder, sloes, spindles, tamarix and willows.


Along the way we are very fortunate to have met and worked with passionate and genuine people who inspire us: farmers, winemakers, chefs, bakers, brewers, and look forward to many more encounters and collaborations.


We are driven by taste, simplicity, generosity and humility and hope that everything produced here reflects these values.
